QHDC has developed it's own coating techniques and was one of the first coating facilities of it's type in Australia.

Our unique Nylon coating process allows us to remove cracked, worn and discoloured coatings and all traces of corrosion and then recoat the surface with our durable, food safe(FDA approved), thermoplastic or Nylon coatings. QHDC also offers zinc plating as a cheaper alternative to Nylon 11 coating. This process is known and used all over the world.
